Our Team
Tom & Jill Cadieux - Owners
Tom and Jill are the heart and home of our operation. They incorporated Cadieux Flooring in 1983 after Tom's father passed. Tom does most of the measuring, and Jill does the bookkeeping. They both work tirelessly to ensure all of our customers' needs are met.

Gary Hammond
Gary has been with our company since 1984. He started out as an installer, and now works full time in the showroom, managing the installers, and assisting customers with their purchases. He is a wealth of knowledge regarding all things flooring.
Tim Boulden
Tom and Jill's son in law, Tim, started out assisting with installations and now works primarily in the showroom. He enjoys assisting customers in finding the perfect flooring for their needs.
Margery Katz
Margery has been working with our company since 1996 as one of our sales associates. She loves working with our customers and helping them determine which flooring best suits their needs.
Alicia Hawksley
Alicia is Tom and Jill's granddaughter. She is in charge of all social media accounts and advertising for the company. In addition to that, she has a keen eye for design and enjoys assisting customers in the showroom.
OUR HISTORY
Josephine & Lucien Cadieux
Our story begins in 1952, when Josephine and Lucien Cadieux opened Cadieux Wayside Furniture. The building used to be an old four-story car barn, to which Lucien added a storefront. In September 1965, there was a fire that burned the entire building to the ground. The town of Stratham graciously allowed them to continue business operations in the town hall for over six months while the Bernier Corporation helped them rebuild. In April 1966, they were back up and running in their original location. When Lucien passed in 1978, Josephine and Tom continued to run the business. When Josephine retired in 1981, they divided the furniture and flooring sectors into two businesses. The furniture side was run by Frank, another one of Lucien and Josephine’s sons, while Tom and Jill ran the flooring side.
